Project Manager
Experience: 7+ years

Education and skills requirements
✔️ In-depth knowledge of and experience in IT project management, including industry standard and best practices. ✔️ Proven record for delivering projects on time and on budget in a formal project manager role ✔️ Experience establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk and issue logs ✔️ Experience developing and delivering project status ✔️ Experience using a project portfolio management systems and tools ✔️ Advanced working knowledge of MS Project ✔️ Experience handling variety of stakeholders and system owners from other departments. ✔️ Experience providing project management services for IT Projects involving Commercial Off the Shelf Technology (COTS) Education: ✔️ Associate's degree or higher ✔️ Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Education and skills requirements
✔️Experienced Business Analyst in IT. ✔️Experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Process Reengineering, Agile and extreme programming methodologies. ✔️ Experience with mobile or web applications. ✔️ Experience in scope & requirements management, quality management, and test management approaches and processes ✔️Experience in business writing skills including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Documents (SRDs), Use Case Specifications and Functional Specifications. ✔️ Expertise in working with technical developers and business teams to create, interpret and implement software systems. ✔️ Experience with various project management tools, test tracking tools, and change management tools (preferred Azure DevOps). ✔️Ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams, while ensuring that technical constraints and limitations are considered. Must-Have Qualifications: ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔️Effective presentation skills and interpersonal skills. ✔️Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔️Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Education: ✔️Bachelor s Degree
Programmer Analyst
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Lansing Michigan (Hybrid)
Education and skills requirements
✔️ Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies. ✔️ Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts. ✔️ Ensure clean code practices, proper architecture patterns, and adherence to development standards. ✔️ Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and DevOps deployment processes. Must-Have Qualifications: ✔️ 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with any front-end library/framework such as React or Angular or Vue.JS ✔️ 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET C#. ✔️ 3+ years of experience in SQL Server.
